We are located in Australia. All orders are shipped from our warehouse here to ensure
fast and reliable delivery.

How do I take care of my lingerie?

Our pieces are crafted from delicate fabrics that deserve gentle care. We recommend hand washing in cold water for best results.

If you prefer to use a washing machine, place your lingerie in a mesh laundry bag to
help preserve its shape and fabric.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Faulty items: If your purchase is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will happily assist you in resolving the issue.

Change of mind / wrong size / item looks different from photos: Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Please try on items without makeup, perfume, or beauty products that could leave marks or scents, as this may make the item non-returnable.
